Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Residential Coach for the Lisa's House Program in Plainville, CT. This full-time role involves supervising youth, delivering gender-responsive, trauma-informed care, and coordinating family supports within a DBT-informed framework.

Starting wage is $21.51 per hour with shift differentials. The program focuses on empowering adolescent females, building healthy relationships, and enhancing educational functioning in a supportive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred in Human Service or related field, with at least six months of relevant experience.
• If no degree, a minimum of two years of professional experience in human services.
• Familiar with gender-responsive, relational, strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches.
• Ability to work with challenging youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, daily care, and support for girls and families.
• Counsel and advise girls in groups and individually.
• Maintain logs and prepare timely reports on activities and progress.
• Support crisis intervention and safety within the program.
