Job summary

The Home Depot in Port Reading, NJ is seeking a Night Replenishment Manager to oversee freight handling, pack out and pack down processes. You will coach associates, ensure safety and store readiness, and collaborate with Night Operations leadership to maintain nightly priorities.

You will work with store leadership to drive efficiencies, manage overnight tasks, and participate in performance discussions for hourly associates. This role requires a focus on safety and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 1 year of work experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to store operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment coaching based on observations and behavior to associates.
• Oversee freight unload, pack out, and pack down processes to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Assist in input to Store Manager on associate performance and participate in talent planning for hourly staff.
• Partner with Night Operations ASM to drive overnight productivity and ensure store priorities are met.
