Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Replenishment Manager to join the store leadership team. You will supervise freight unload, pack out and pack down, teach policies, coach associates, and ensure nightly tasks are completed and freight moves smoothly.

You will partner with Night Operations, conduct quality walks, maintain safety, and participate in performance planning. The role may require decisions with SOPs and input to the Store Manager and assistants.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum Years of Work Experience: 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment coaching based on observations and behavior.
• Oversee overnight replenishment and packout processes to ensure efficiency.
• Uphold safety guidelines and training compliance across associates.
• Perform closing and store-wide duties as MOD and communicate priorities to teams.
