Job summary

The Home Depot in New Jersey is seeking a Night Replenishment Manager to join the store leadership team. You will supervise freight handling, coach associates, and ensure nightly tasks are completed with safety in mind.

Responsible for unload, packout, and purge pack down, and you will provide input on associate performance to Store Manager and Night Operations ASM, coordinating actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of work experience (Minimum Years of Work Experience: 1).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment coaching based on observations and behavior; participate in talent planning for hourly associates.
• Oversee Night Replenishment processes: unload, packout, and purge pack down; ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Enforce safety policies, hazmat procedures, and PPE usage; correct hazards and maintain safe store conditions.
• Perform Closing and MOD tasks; coordinate with Night Operations ASM/Store Manager on priorities and follow-up actions.
