Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Replenishment Manager to join its store leadership team in the United States. You will oversee freight unload, pack out, and pack down activities, communicate priorities, and ensure nightly tasks are completed so freight flows smoothly through the store.

You will coach and train associates on Home Depot policies, enforce safety standards, and work with Store Manager and Night Operations ASMs on performance discussions and talent planning.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment coaching based on observations and behavior. Partner with Night Operations ASMs regarding performance discussions and discipline.
• Direct supervision of freight unload, pack out, and pack down processes to drive overnight productivity.
• Ensure safety policies are followed; use PPE and proper lifting techniques; train associates accordingly.
• Perform Closing and MOD tasks; validate daily priorities and ensure equipment and store checklists are completed.
