Job summary

The Home Depot in Neptune Township, NJ is seeking a Night Replenishment Manager to oversee freight handling, unload, pack out, and pack down activities. You will coach and train associates on store policies, ensure nightly tasks are completed, and keep freight moving smoothly while following SOPs.

This role collaborates with Store Manager and Night Operations leaders, participates in talent planning for hourly staff, and may participate in interviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment coaching and conduct performance conversations with associates.
• Oversee unload, packout, and purge pack down processes and ensure safety and accuracy.
• Ensure training completion and adherence to store standards and SOPs.
• Perform closing and MOD duties, communicate priorities, and support Night Operations leadership.
