Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Replenishment Manager to join the store leadership team in Neptune City, NJ. The NRM oversees freight handling, unloads, pack out/down, and ensures nightly priorities are met while freight moves smoothly.

• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed by all associates.
• Partners with Night Operations leadership to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Manages night-time priorities and SOP-compliant decisions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment coaching based on observations and behavior.
• Oversee overnight replenishment and packout/packdown processes to keep freight moving smoothly.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and required training completed by all associates.
• Participate in closing shift tasks and coordinate with Night Operations ASM/SM on priorities and follow-ups.
