Job summary

SIXT is hiring at our airport branch for a customer-focused sales associate. You will greet customers, guide them through the rental process, and confidently upsell upgrades, protection, fuel options, and extra services to maximize each interaction.

Ideal candidates embrace a commission-driven environment, work nights and weekends, and bring strong verbal communication and service skills. A valid US driver’s license and the ability to work in the US without sponsorship are required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience.
• Experience from sectors such as retail, hospitality, banking, B2B, or car rental with a service mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication and direct customer interaction.
• Comfortable in a commission-driven environment and under pressure.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and public holidays with flexible hours.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean record and work authorization in the US.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
• Greet and guide customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs.
• Prepare rental agreements and upsell upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and services.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling; rely on performance-based earnings.
• Handle inquiries with urgency and professionalism, staying organized and service-oriented.
