Majestic Care of South Bend is hiring a Night Registered Nurse (RN) for the 6:00 PM–6:30 AM shift with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The RN will render skilled nursing care, supervise CNAs, and support medical teams under nursing management.

Responsibilities include care planning, medication administration, IV starts, and collaboration with physicians. Active RN license and CPR cert preferred. Competitive benefits and shift differential offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the state of employment; license must be current.
• CPR certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Administer medications, start IVs, and carry out physicians' orders accurately.
