Zusammenfassung

Riverside Health System seeks an RN to manage the Riverside Transfer Center, coordinating critical and non-critical patient transfers 24/7 and triaging through the nurse line. You will collaborate with physicians, bed management, and the Transfer Center director to ensure timely admissions to acute care and ED facilities.

The role requires Virginia RN licensure, 3-4 years acute care experience, and strong computer/EMR skills. Weekend and irregular shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifikationen

• RN with current Virginia license.
• 3-4 years RN experience in Acute Care.
• 1 year Critical Care or Emergency Nursing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate critical and non-critical transfers through Riverside Transfer Center.
• Perform triage of patients via the Riverside Nurse Triage line.
• Facilitate direct inpatient and ED admissions based on clinical assessment.
• Coordinate with transfer team, bed management, physician and Transfer Center medical director to ensure positive outcomes.
• Document clinical and quality information per RHS standards and regulatory requirements.
