Qualifications

• Demonstrated communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Current NYS driver’s license and clean driving record.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and training to RSS staff, complete staff shift schedule and assignments.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Nursing supervision to discuss care plans and issues.
• Report patient medical concerns, perform point-of-care testing and biometrics, conduct observations.
• Round each unit to support staff and provide education, coordinate with providers, reception, admissions, security, maintenance, and kitchen staff.
• Assist with breaks, discharges, and new admissions; de-escalate for staff and patients; deliver RSS care as directed.
