Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a part-time Night Receptionist at WellSpan Philhaven in Mt. Gretna, PA.

The role greets patients, vendors and visitors, directs them to the proper office or area, and operates a multi-line telephone to route calls. With 11pm–7am shifts (32 hours every two weeks), the receptionist provides outstanding customer service, enters data, supports office operations, and maintains records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Answer telephones, route calls and provide routine information.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, vendors and visitors and directs them to the proper office/area.
• Operates a multi-line telephone and routes calls to appropriate personnel.
• Enters and retrieves data from established computer files using basic software.
• Provides outstanding customer service and maintains records and files.
• Supports office operations and special projects as requested.
