Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Manage the front desk and reception area, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and coordinating patient care activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure a safe and secure environment, including monitoring CCTV cameras and responding to alarms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts, reports, and incident logs.
