You will patrol facilities, manage access, respond to incidents, and maintain records while upholding privacy and quality standards. The position requires a high school diploma and security/emergency training; willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Security or emergency response training preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities and grounds are safe for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Administer security and safety plans, surveillance, patrolling, and access control.
• Respond to emergencies and determine actions per protocols.
• Address mechanical emergencies, e.g., fire alarms and HVAC issues, appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Notify staff and managers of incidents and assist with shift handoffs.
• Open doors as requested by 911, residents, or family members.
• Maintain safety policies and procedures and participate in trainings.
• Support documentation and reporting of events and activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
