Era Living is seeking a casual part-time Receptionist to join our Administration team at The Gardens at Town Square, Bellevue, WA. Shifts: Friday–Saturday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM. The role greets visitors, answers calls, provides clerical support, and maintains the main console.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and prioritize work.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.

Responsibilities

• Attend the main console at all times and answer/direct calls.
• Greet visitors and residents warmly and guide them appropriately.
• Provide clerical support as assigned.
