Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience as a Critical Care or Emergency Room RN
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; if RN has an Associate's Degree, BSN to be completed within 5 years
• BLS and ACLS required (AHA); CEN or CCRN within 6 months of hire
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia (VA) as RN or multi-state license

Aufgaben

• Provide rapid response with SBAR communication to care teams
• Maintain patient safety and stabilize patients using evidence-based practices
• Provide support to patients' families during rapid response events
• Document patient data, interventions and outcomes in medical records
• Monitor equipment, alarms and life-support devices; respond to code events as needed
• Collaborate with MSET/rapid response team to ensure quality care and safety
• Lead training and education on emergency response within the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned
