Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Registration Specialist to greet and register patients for imaging services in a cheerful, professional manner. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 11:30am to 8:00pm, with up to five weekends per year.

Duties include insurance verification, scheduling, and acting as a liaison between patients and technologists. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Proficient with using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for imaging services and process payments, copays and payment plans.
• Field calls for center associates and confirm upcoming appointments.
• Relay scanner status and clinic information between patients and staff.
• Maintain front office area and prepare daily paperwork and reports.
• Coordinate with referring offices and ensure proper authorization and documentation.
