Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures in the Radiology Diagnostic department during nights. This full-time, onsite role operates with a structured progression for skill, responsibility, and pay.

The position requires ARRT registration and required certifications, with graduate radiologic technologist training and BLS. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• ARRT registered; specialty ARRT certs if required.
• BLS through AHA or Red Cross; valid through 60 days after start.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and orders; educate patients about procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media or medications when ordered; monitor patient condition.
• Prepare equipment and imaging parameters; ensure safety and QC; resolve equipment issues.
• Position patients and perform imaging; analyze results; transmit images; may assist Radiology students.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and exercise professional judgment.
