Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform various imaging procedures in alignment with practice standards and UCHealth values. The role is onsite with no remote option, offering a structured career ladder and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, ARRT Registered, with BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• ARRT registration as Radiologic Technologist (R).
• BLS/CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross; valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history, physician orders and schedules procedures; educates patients about procedures and equipment.
• Prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice; monitors patient condition continuously.
• Positions patient and performs imaging procedures; selects exposure factors and imaging parameters; ensures image quality and safety.
• Enters and transmits images; may work with Radiology students.
• Within scope of job, works with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment; troubleshoots equipment issues as needed.
