Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO seeks a Radiology Diagnostic leader to oversee assigned areas, supervising staff and ensuring high-quality imaging services during night shifts. The role requires ARRT-registered technologists with 2+ years' experience and CPR/BLS certification, in an onsite, full-time capacity.

Typical duties include coaching staff, prioritizing workflow, and ensuring equipment readiness while promoting teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) by ARRT; specialty ARRT certification if required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in radiology.
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA or ARC; card valid through start date and 60 days into hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides monitoring, coaching and evaluation of team performance, focusing on productivity and quality.
• Serves as a positive role model; promotes teamwork and cooperation among staff.
• Coordinates services, prioritizes assignments/workflow, and supports situational decision-making and problem solving.
• Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance and troubleshooting; may supervise Radiology students.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, decisive judgement, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
