Job summary

H&T Kansas, LLC is seeking a Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team on a 12-hour rotating schedule 5:30pm–5:30am, three days on, four off, every other weekend.

You will perform inspections, verification, and containment to ensure parts meet specifications, support root-cause analysis, and help maintain ISO 9001 standards.

The role emphasizes data documentation, measurement system analysis, and continuous improvement, with a 10% night shift differential and overtime per FLSA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred bachelor’s in QA/IE or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment with QA/QC experience.
• Yellow Belt Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and statistical methods (CPK/MSA).

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, verification, and containment duties to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Evaluate parts from multiple lines and report nonconforming items for containment.
• Document and report discrepancies and measurement results; support root-cause investigations.
