Job summary

H & T Kansas is seeking a Material Handler to support finished goods flow and warehouse operations. You will work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, with every other weekend off, and enjoy a 10% premium shift differential for nighttime hours.

Responsibilities include staging and shipping finished products, using forklifts and handheld scanners, and maintaining accurate inventory records to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of material handler experience in manufacturing.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience using handheld scanners and inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and movement of finished goods and materials.
• Stage, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners and inventory software to track and record inventory.
• Support outbound logistics and warehousing operations with accuracy and timeliness.
