Job summary

Bethesda Senior Living Communities in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Full-Time Night Shift QMAP for the 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM shift. The role includes medication setup, MAR checks, and coordination with health services, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for NOC shift. High school diploma and medication administration certification required.

• Interpersonal skills to communicate with residents, staff and families.
• Compassion and genuine care for elderly and disabled residents.
• Knowledge of SDS sheets and hazardous materials handling.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload during emergencies.
• Ability to work in stressful situations with residents, families, visitors and staff.
• Must have knowledge and skills to administer medications safely.

Responsibilities

• Sets up medications and passes them to residents following policies.
• Performs narcotic counts at shift start/end.
• Orders medications from pharmacy following policies.
• Checks MARs for accuracy.
• Communicates with families to coordinate medication delivery.
• Maintains MAR and documentation per doctor orders.
• Admits new residents per policy.
• Assists with activities of daily living as needed.
• Provides safe, compassionate care and maintains resident dignity.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional appearance.
