Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for the Roanoke area. The role oversees QA on the production floor and in the laboratory, ensuring products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

You will lead QA staff, evaluate testing results, support audits, and drive process improvements to maintain consistent product quality. Overnight schedule with potential weekend/holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or comparable education in biology, chemistry, food science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing/QA experience.
• Experience with lab testing in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds; overnight shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA personnel on the production floor and in the lab.
• Develop team through coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee QA programs, documentation, training, and internal audits.
• Support regulatory, certification, customer specifications.
• Review lab results and identify trends; implement improvements.
• Prepare for internal audits and customer assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement for product quality and customer satisfaction.
