Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Quality Assurance Manager for a part-time, after-hours role in the South Bay/Santa Cruz area. You will conduct nightly inspections, document results with photos, and communicate issues directly to IC owners to ensure work meets contract specs.

The position requires fluent English and Spanish, hands-on janitorial knowledge, and the ability to work independently overnight using mobile reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential for communication with IC representatives and clients.
• Hands-on knowledge of janitorial work, chemicals, and equipment to assess quality against specs.
• Must have reliable transportation and a California driver’s license with insurance.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for reporting and photo documentation.
• Ability to work independently overnight with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly quality-assurance inspections of assigned buildings against account specs and scope of work.
• Document inspection results, deficiencies, and corrections with notes and photos in the CRM.
• Communicate findings and correction requests to the IC owner or representative.
• Verify deliverables are completed on schedule and to specification; follow up on deficiencies.
• Report urgent issues to the Facility Solutions Manager the same night.
• Provide feedback on IC performance to inform future assignments.
• Support new client onboarding, initial cleans, VIP requests, and client concerns.
• Monitor supply levels and equipment condition; report needs.
