Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Janitorial Night Manager to oversee quality after dark. You will visit 3 to 4 client buildings each night, audit crews against the scope, and ensure each area meets standards before you leave. Leadership comes through coaching and relationships, not pressure.

You’ll guide independent contractor teams, verify results, and document outcomes with photo recaps to keep day managers informed and clients satisfied.

Qualifications

• Hands-on janitorial or facilities experience, janitorial strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and dilution stations.
• Skill leading and influencing crews through relationships, not force.
• Ability to read, memorize, and verify a scope of work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for nightly visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit 3 to 4 buildings nightly for final walkthroughs.
• Audit each scope of work and verify hotspots are spotless.
• Coach contractor crews on cleaning processes.
• Detail hard-to-reach areas to ensure every site shines.
• Submit photo recaps so day managers can brief clients.
