CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Area Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations in our California locations. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, supervision of field crews, and ensuring quality standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Driver's license with clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise in-field cleaning crews.
• Provide hands-on training for staff.
• Perform multiple site visits per night in company vehicle for QA.
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Track employee hours and payroll using company software.
• Coordinate with branch managers to complete daily tasks and projects.
• Enforce safety and security policies.
