Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions seeks a Janitorial Night Manager to own after-dark service quality. You will visit 3–4 client buildings each night, audit crew work against the scope, and ensure every area meets the standard before you leave. Crews are independent contractors, so success comes from coaching and relationships, not pressure.

You will identify dirty spots, guide floor care, and submit photo recaps so day managers can brief clients, helping sustain long-term accounts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on janitorial or facilities experience.
• Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools and dilution.
• Ability to lead through relationships, not force.
• Ability to read, memorize, and verify a scope of work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for nightly visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit 3 to 4 client buildings nightly for final walkthroughs and quality checks.
• Audit scopes of work and verify areas are spotless.
• Coach contractor crews on cleaning processes and best practices.
• Detail hard-to-reach areas to ensure every site shines.
• Submit photo recaps to day managers for client briefings.
