Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Compliance Manager for night shifts in Houston, TX. You will drive quality by visiting client buildings, auditing scopes, and coaching independent contractor crews to meet standards.

You will lead through relationships and communication, not pressure. You must have hands-on janitorial experience, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and tools, and bilingual English/Spanish skills to coordinate with diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on janitorial or facilities experience.
• Know cleaning chemicals, tools, and dilution stations.
• Lead crews through relationships, not pressure.
• Read, memorize, and verify scope of work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for nightly visits.
• Strong written and verbal Spanish & English skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit 4 to 5 buildings nightly for final walkthroughs.
• Audit each scope of work and verify hotspots are spotless.
• Coach contractor crews on cleaning process.
• Detail hard-to-reach areas so every site shines.
• Submit photo recaps for day managers to brief clients.
