Valleywise Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Psychiatric Registered Nurse for a night shift in our inpatient behavioral health center serving adolescents and adults. The role supports a comprehensive program with a strong focus on safety, dignity, and therapeutic care.

The ideal candidate will hold a current AZ RN license (or compact license), have CPI/BLS training, and be willing to supervise and train junior staff while delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
• Must possess a current AZ RN license or equivalent.
• New Graduate RN training or prior acute nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision to Mental Health Workers and Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Play a significant role in training future nurses.
• Deliver inpatient psychiatric care in a safe, therapeutic environment.
