Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
• Must possess a current AZ RN license or equivalent.
• New Graduate RN training or prior acute nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Mental Health Workers and Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Play a significant role in training future nurses.
• Deliver inpatient psychiatric care in a safe, therapeutic environment.
