Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required or in process, nursing degree from diploma/BSN/ADN.
• BLS certification must be obtained.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and during shifts.
• Document care in the medical record in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and coordinate with the care team.
• Coordinate holistic treatment plans with multidisciplinary staff.
• Interface between providers and community care resources.
