Qualifikationen

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Fingerprinting required

Aufgaben

• Assesses patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes in patient status
• Performs procedures and documents care in the patient medical record
• Responds to patient requests promptly and anticipates needs
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate a holistic treatment plan
• Interfaces with healthcare providers and community support systems for ongoing care
