Cando Rail & Terminals is seeking a Production Supervisor / Warehouse - Night to lead safe, cost-conscious industrial switching operations and customer-focused service. The role coordinates safety programs, workflow processes, and daily site needs while guiding teams to meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in rail environments, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years in a leadership position preferably in the rail switching and/or industrial environment.
• Experience managing railway personnel in a customer focused environment.
• Experience in managing for efficiency and effectiveness in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Safety: perform Safety Management System activities and incident reporting.
• Management, Administration, & Planning: supervise site contractors and manage budgeting and purchasing.
• Leadership, & Employee Development: mentor employees, conduct training and performance evaluations.
• Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities: communicate effectively, foster a respectful workplace, measure financial metrics.
