Job summary

SWEETENERS PLUS LLC in Lakeville, NY seeks a Production Operations Supervisor for night shift to lead plant activities, ensure safe and compliant operations, and drive continuous improvement. The role oversees planning, training, reporting, and worker guidance to achieve high-quality product output.

The position requires managing a team on a rotating 2-week schedule, with 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM hours, possible overtime, and weekend coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordinate plant operations and staff
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and policies
• Drive continuous improvement for quality, efficiency and safety
• Define tasks with clear instructions and specifications
• Conduct safety training and incident reporting
• Collaborate with safety and quality teams on environmental projects
• Operate and maintain plant equipment and batching technology
• Manage timekeeping and staff scheduling
• Respond to customer inquiries and document non-conformance
