Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing permit and metered mail by reviewing date, postage and barcodes before production.
• Communicate errors and recognize bad barcodes in mail/packages.
• Troubleshoot and remove mail piece jams from machines.
• Monitor mail quality before processing and dispatch.
• Understand USPS labels and bin/ tray numbers for sorting.
• Follow Quality Management Systems to assure output quality.
