Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write.
• Ability to work late night shifts, potentially 12 AM–3 AM.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time and prepared for the shift.
• Follows all Image and Appearance standards.
• Monitors product supply and replenishes stock when necessary.
• Reads order tickets and determines items to be prepared.
• Prioritizes cooking and preparation times to ensure guest meals are properly paced.
• Accommodate guests' special requests.
• Prepares food items using recipes and proper portioning.
• Uses FIFO to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintains high production standards for food quality and presentation.
• Cooks foods to standards and guests' specifications.
• Cleans station and prep areas to remain sanitized.
• Assists other employees as needed.
• Demonstrates a helpful, positive attitude to guests and staff.
• Adheres to safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures.
• Communicates clearly with team during shifts.
• Performs weekly maintenance duties.
• Completes all tasks assigned by managers.
