Responsibilities

• Use FIFO to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain high production standards: consistency, texture, and temperature.
• Present plates with proper portions and presentation.
• Clean station and tools; sanitize surfaces.
• Assist other staff and maintain a positive attitude.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures.
• Communicate clearly with team; perform maintenance tasks as needed.
• Complete tasks assigned by managers.
