Qualifications

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies.
• Completes food safety certification program.
• Can physically stand/walk 100% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepares menu items according to company recipe manual.
• Ensures rotation of all products.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen area throughout shift.
• Transports items to and from kitchen as needed.

Skills

Ability to speak, read and write English

Able to safely use kitchen machinery

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work in high temperature, damp environment

Ability to read recipes and food labels

Ability to communicate ticket times
