Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Food handling certificate required.
• Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write.

• Remain in stationary position for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Read order tickets and determine items to prepare.
• Prioritize cooking and preparation times to pace guest meals.
• Prepare food using recipes, proper portions, and cooking standards.
• Use FIFO to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Ensure proper plate presentation and recipe adherence.
• Clean station surfaces and maintain sanitation.
• Communicate effectively with team throughout shift.
• Support other staff and complete assigned tasks.
