Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans and storage racks.
• Monitor supplies and replenish stock as needed.
• Clean and sanitize work stations, floors, and equipment.
• Assist chefs and other staff as needed.
• Communicate with team to prioritize cleaning tasks.
• Provide timely communication during shifts.
