MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, IA is seeking a Polysomnographic Technician for the night shift. You will perform nocturnal polysomnograms, monitor data quality, and assist with sleep studies, including training interns as needed.

Responsibilities include following PSG protocols, equipment cleaning, reviewing orders, and communicating with the Medical Director. Requires ABR/BRPT or eligible, Iowa licensure eligibility, and current CEUs.

Formación

• ABR/BRPT certification or eligible in related field.
• CEU compliance current/maintained.
• Iowa licensure eligibility required by Iowa Department of Public Health.

Responsabilidades

• Perform polysomnographic data acquisitions and monitor study quality.
• Follow protocols (MSLT, CPAP, oxygen titration) to collect data.
• Clean and prepare sleep equipment and rooms; ensure sterilization readiness.
• Review orders/medications/history; communicate parameters to physicians.
