Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Manager in ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Monitor schedule, productivity, and subcontractor performance; coordinate look-ahead planning.
• Communicate schedule requirements and progress to craft supervisors and subcontractors.
• Mentor and train discipline superintendents; support training needs.
