The position is full-time with Tuesday-Saturday overnight shifts and rotating holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy Certification or seven years of experience required.
• One year of Phlebotomy or specimen processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs venipunctures according to laboratory policies and procedures including the collection of timed specimens.
• Positively identifies all patients according to laboratory policies and procedures.
• Receives and prepares laboratory specimens prior to laboratory analysis and testing.
• Centrifuges and aliquots specimens and follows all handling instructions.
