Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college in health/science preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• One year phlebotomy experience preferred; certification from approved bodies preferred.
• De-escalation training required by 90 days; proficient in using computer/Office tools.
• Must be able to perform venipuncture and specimen collection accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Transport laboratory specimens to and from the clinic site per procedures.
• Perform venipunctures, heel/finger sticks, and other specimen collections.
• Ensure correct patient identification, labeling, preservation, and pre-test processing.
• Handle clerical tasks, orders, computer functions, and report delivery to nurses/doctors.
• Communicate effectively with diverse patient groups and maintain safety protocols.
• Travel within the SRHS service area as required by the role.
