RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Post Coronary Care Unit in New Brunswick, NJ. This per diem night-shift role supports adult cardiac and telemetry patients in a 31-bed unit and offers growth within a safety-focused culture.

The position requires NJ RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and 2 years in medical-surgical telemetry, with ADN required and BSN preferred. EPIC EMR experience is expected, and night hours apply.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification and ACLS required.
• Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical telemetry nursing experience.
• Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes.
• Administer medications and provide hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for timely decisions.
• Educate patients and families for ongoing care.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure continuity.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care transitions.
