Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Eligible for CNA/NCMA/NCPCT or other listed health care credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a professional nurse.
• Support admissions and discharge processes.
• Observe patients' conditions and report changes to the nurse.
• Maintain patient safety practices as directed.
