Banner Health is seeking a skilled CNA/LNA to join the Baywood Medical Center PCU on the 4th Floor. You will provide routine patient care to adults and geriatrics in a high-acuity, cardiac-monitored unit, supporting a patient-centered care approach.

The night shift (three 12-hour shifts, 6:00pm–6:30am) includes a weekend/holiday rotation and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible licensed CNAs or LNAs. Team members enjoy a structured career pathway and opportunities to grow within Banner Health.

Qualifications

• Provides routine patient care to promote comfort and support the care plan.
• Assists with activities of daily living and basic hygiene.
• Collects vital signs and communicates changes to the care team.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Document patient data and support unit operations.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate with care staff.
