Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Patient Care Associate (PCA) at Newton-Wellesley Hospital to join the interdisciplinary health care team under the supervision of a registered nurse. The PCA assists with clinical support functions to promote safe, compassionate patient care.

Qualifications include CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or commensurate experience; nursing students in BSN programs or direct-entry Masters' programs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or commensurate experience required unless enrolled in NWH PCA Training Program.
• Nursing students in BSN programs or direct-entry Masters' programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in clinical support functions to promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment.
• Work under the direction of a registered/licensed nurse (RN) as part of the interdisciplinary health care team.
