Atrium Health Lincoln is accepting applications for a Full-time Patient Safety Attendant in North Carolina. The role offers 36 hours per week with a 7p-7a schedule and some weekend requirements.

You will monitor patients, document observations, and ensure a safe care environment. Responsibilities include handoff communication with the RN, maintaining ligature-free surroundings, and collaborating with nursing staff.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) required.
• CPI certification required prior to patient observation.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and remain with patient to provide observation as delegated by RN.
• Document required information during patient observation.
• Perform handoff communication with the RN regarding patient information.
• Assist in maintaining a ligature-free environment as appropriate.
• Notify and update the licensed nurse of patient safety and care needs.
• Foster professional communication between patients and staff.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
