Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center is seeking a Patient Care Technician for the Rehabilitation unit. You will assist with vital signs and ADLs under RN supervision, supporting a mission of physical, mental, and spiritual healing in a faith-based setting.

The role requires a Maryland CNA license and BLS; nursing students or CNAs will continue education through department programs. This full-time night shift offers scheduling consistency with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Maryland CNA license and CNA exam completed.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Physical ability for lifting and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals and assist with activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Follow the care plan and report to the RN.
• Participate in education programs and committees.
• Maintain safety and report equipment issues.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Present a professional image representing nursing and the organization.
